When we built Hole in the Wall in 2014, we wanted to create something new and exciting. Aside from mall food courts, food halls were still a foreign concept in Manila. Fast-forward a few years later, the landscape looks a lot different: every neighborhood now has some sort of food park.
Which begs the question: are we still relevant today?
Ultimately, this is up to you to decide. But from where we are, we’re proud to say that we still serve the best food of any food hall in the entire country. Beyond that, we pay an equally ruthless amount of attention-to-detail to our service, music, and design. After years in the business, we still go all-out in making sure all our guests have a great time. And that won’t change anytime soon.
